The PHTT-CC Series was created to address a clear need for long term holding and proofing of large batches of cooked product, or to be cooked, in full size, roll-in combi-ovens.
The Clymate IQ series of “Combi” companions immediately increases the capacity of your “Combi” oven by allowing batch cooking, paired with a precision holding environment, to maintain the full flavor, color and texture of your product as long as possible. The PHTT-CC series also doubles as a high-volume proofer, allowing your “Combi” to maintain operation in baking mode and maximize production volume and quality. Available as a stationary (PHTT-CC-202) or mobile unit (PHTT-CC-202-MW).

Ultimate control – simple, color coded controls allow you to independently set relative humidity (0-90%) and temperature (90-200°F / 32-93°C). Includes low water and low temperature indicator lights with option to turn on audible alarm
Fast Recovery!
Clymate IQ returns to set temperature quickly and features self-closing hinges, so you don’t have to worry about losing heat and humidity if you open and close the door repeatedly during peak service times
Consistency Throughout
All Clymate IQ cabinets feature unique push/pull air distribution system that provides uniform temperature and humidity throughout the unit
