With an expansive offering between the “Traditional” and “Economy” electric banquet cabinets, Food Warming Equipment has a banquet holding solution to fit your needs. Both electric series offer full range adjustable thermostats (not 1-10 thermostats) to control actual temperature; the “Traditional” delivers heat via gentle “Humi-Temp” air-circulation with passive humidity available, while the “Economy” model’s radiant heat system uses natural air circulation. These cabinets are best suited to facilities where power is available in the kitchen as well as service area.

The Food Warming Equipment “Dual-Heat” system banquet cabinets offer extended service range and flexibility to meet the demands of the hospitality industry, as not all service areas have power available. Our canned fuel drawers are designed with safety in mind, unlike other in the industry, our fuel drawers are protected by the door from any accidental opening. Like our traditional and economy series the “Dual-Heat” units feature full range adjustable thermostats to actual temperature (not 1-10 thermostats). The doors in this series are gasket-less by design and are maintenance free and held in place by three heavy-duty lift off style hinges.
Specifically designed to provide even heat distribution throughout the cabinet interior in both electronic operations and canned fuel. Slide out drawers have safety catches and are on the inside of the unit for safety, assuring can fuel remains in unit during transport.
