The HMC-FD series was created to address a clear need for maximizing hold times of fried and crispy coated products. Keeping these crisp products held at optimum temperature and texture for service allows for batch cooking and staging prior to key rush periods.
The long wave infrared elements are positioned to keep product within the ideal range to keep the outside coating crisp, while maintaining internal temperature and moisture of items like fried chicken and French fries. The HMC-FD series was designed from the ground-up to be easier to clean and maintain than any market competition.
Individual cubbies separate orders for easy identification. Optional see-thru Lexan doors available for simplified cubby labeling
