DESCRIPTION

Transport, serve, store or bus with FWE's super heavy-duty UCE Series enclosed Queen Mary utility carts. These carts are enclosed on 3-sides, ideal for protecting less stable items such as dishes during transport or storage. These rugged mobile back-up units are built incredibly tough - tough enough to safely take loads of up to 1600 lbs. Each reinforced stainless steel shelf has over 9.5 square feet of working space - enough to carry three large serving trays. Models are available with 3 or 4 (24" x 57") shelves.

The UCE-415 utility cart is designed to last longer than any other - period! Welded construction and our exclusive tubular stainless steel base frame ensure that our cabinets will endure the most rigorous operations and environments. Durable stainless steel takes the abuse of transport applications and allows for sanitary maintenance. 8" heavy-duty casters are mounted to reinforcement plates for added durability and take the impact over threshold. Locking doors or gates are available to secure from theft - making the "UCE" a perfect security transport/storage unit! Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.
Bumpers
Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

EZ Roll Heavy Duty Poly Caster - The EZ Roll Casters are standard on FWE cabinets and provide moderate floor protection with a high weight capacity.
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

Bumpers
Top Corner Bumpers - Top corner bumpers are a good option for those customers not needing the protection of a full bumper, but still require protection for walls and surrounding equipment.
Caster
6 Caster Configuration - 6 caster configuration increases the cabinets maneuverability, ideal for larger cabinets
Master Caster - The Master caster is the best all-around caster for FWE products. Having the highest load bearing weight the Master Caster can handle any piece of FWE product. With easy maneuverability and silent rolling, the Master Caster will not stop when there is a small obstruction or uneven terrain. The Master Caster is also resistant to corrosion from chemicals, water, and steam.
Semi-Pneumatic Caster - Semi-Pneumatic caster are made of hard rubber with a hollow core. These caster are best suited for carpeted areas.
A semi-pneumatic casters has no inner tube, so the ride is not as "cushioned" as a full pneumatic caster.

Available in 6" and 8" diameters.
Cart Wash Quiet Caster - These casters are designed for cart wash applications. Better on brick, concrete, tile, asphalt and wood.
The delrin bearing provides corrosion resistance to chemicals, water and steam. They are a smooth and quiet rolling caster on hard and uneven surfaces.

Available in 5", 6" and 8" diameters.
Mutli-Terrain Quiet Ride Caster - These all terrain sturdy cushion round tread casters are best for concrete, tile and asphalt locations.
Considered to be the best choice for the most demanding operations and satellite applications. These caster combine the cushioned ride of a full pneumatic with the easier roll of a hard tread.

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. UCE-415-62, Enclosed Utility Carts.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded construction of stainless steel. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1.5" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10-gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plates at corners. Three-sided enclosed 20 gauge stainless steel exterior.

BUMPER. Solid 1.5" wide continuous wraparound aluminum channel, bolted to frame, with snap-in, non-marking vinyl cushion. Shall be continuous, with corner cut-outs to facilitate cleaning.

CASTERS. 8" maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded-in-place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

PUSH BARS. Heavy-duty 1" diameter tubular stainless steel push handles.

SHELVES. Shelf made of heavy-duty 16 gauge stainless steel.
