DESCRIPTION

Transport, serve, store or bus with FWE's super heavy-duty Queen Mary "UC Series" and "UCU Series" mobile utility carts. These rugged mobile back-up units are built incredibly tough - tough enough to safely take loads of up to 1600 lbs. Each reinforced stainless steel shelf has over 9.5 square feet of working space - enough to carry three large serving trays. Models are available with 3, 4, 5 or 6 (24" x 57") shelves, and can be ordered with edges flanged up or down.

Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.
Bumpers
Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. UC-512-62, Heavy-Duty Utility Carts.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded construction of stainless steel. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1.5" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10-gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plates at corners. Uprights shall be 10-gauge stainless steel.

BUMPER. Solid 1.5" wide continuous wraparound aluminum channel, bolted to frame, with snap-in, non-marking replaceable vinyl cushion. Full perimeter bumper extends beyond handles for added protection. Shall be continuous, with corner cut-outs to facilitate cleaning.

CASTERS. 8" Super-duty (extra-wide) polyurethane tire casters with Zerk grease (lubrication) fittings in a configuration of two (2) rigid, and two (2) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke welded to 10-gauge caster mounting plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10-gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

PUSH BARS. Two (2) heavy-duty, 1" diameter tubular stainless steel push handles welded in place.

SHELVES. Shelves shall be heavy-duty 16-gauge, type stainless steel, die-formed, welded to 10-gauge stainless steel corner angles. Underside of each shelf shall be reinforced with an extra heavy-gauge stainless steel channel. Each shelf shall be capable of carrying up to 200 lbs. of distributed load.
