"HHS" Series Description
FWE's HHS series of heated holding shelves are designed to provide users with a designated area to keep your ready-to-eat guest meals and to-go orders hot and safe. These units utilize a blanket heating system to keep serving trays, bagged meals, or almost any take-out containers hot and ready for customers to enjoy.
These units can be placed anywhere they are needed with four fully adjustable legs for proper placement on any uneven flooring. Countertop models are also available for adding additional heated shelves within your kitchen for expediting areas or point-of-sale locations.
All HHS models come pre-programmed to ideal temperatures for to-go operations but can easily be adjusted from a hidden electronic control panel. These controls allow operators to control and save their preferred work surface temperatures anywhere from 90°F to 190°F (32°C to 88°C).
As with all FWE products, the HHS series of heated holding shelves are designed with durability and reliability in mind. These units do not utilize moving parts, such as fans that tend to clog and shut down the unit for maintenance when you need it most. In addition to this, this line of products has an all stainless-steel exterior to make cleanup a breeze and allows operators to focus on other, more important aspects of their business.

The four-shelf HHS-413-2039 is designed to give operators an option to add heated holding shelves to their operation. This unit was designed to give your operation a standalone option for a kitchen expediting area, order-ahead staging, or point of sale displays.
In addition to this product, we have two, three, and five shelf models that can provide a quick access, high visibility format that may be a better fit for your needs.
