ETC-1826-30 - Non-Insulated Enclosed Transport Cabinet (30 Tray Capacity)
The largest model in the series, the ETC-1826-30 is designed for bulk food transport and storage, holding up to 30 trays or sheet pans while maintaining easy mobility and secure handling. Its reinforced stainless steel construction, heavy-duty casters, and full-perimeter bumper make it a trusted solution for catering, hospitals, and institutional meal service, ensuring safe and efficient transport in high-volume environments.

Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. ETC-1826-30, Enclosed Transport Cabinets.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of 18 gauge stainless steel; Welded tubular base frame shall be 1" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing plates at corners and fittings.

HANDLES. Heavy-duty, 1 diameter tubular stainless steel push bar handles mounted at each end of the unit. ETC-1826-7 model shall have recessed handles.

BUMPERS. Solid 1.5 wide continuous wraparound aluminum channel, bolted to frame with snap-in, non-marking vinyl cushion. Full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors, handles, etc., for added protection. Shall be continuous, with corner cut-outs to facilitate cleaning. ETC-1826-7 is standard without a bumper.

DOORS AND LATCHES. Flush mounted, stainless steel insulated doors. High temperature gasket sealed; gasket shall be cabinet mounted. Each door shall have two (2) heavy-duty edgemount die cast hinges. Door latch shall be edgemounted, full grip, and positive closing. The hinge and latch mountings are reinforced with stainless steel backing plates.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with brake. ETC-1826-30 shall have a caster configuration of two (2) rigid, four (4) swivel with brake. ETC-1826-7 shall have a caster configuration of four (4) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

FIXED RACK. Removable pair of one piece stainless steel racks with fixed spacing of 3" between pan slides. Each pan slide accommodates one (1) 18" x 26" or two (2) 14" x 18". One piece rack is easy to remove without the use of tools for cleaning.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
