Agency Approvals
NSF - NSF International (formerly known as the National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies food service equipment and ensures it is designed and constructed in a way that promotes food safety. FWE products that meet these standards bear the NSF mark.
You may also see a designation that a product meets NSF/ANSI, which adds rules from the American National Standards Institute to the testing. ANSI works closely with NSF to develop its food safety standards and complete testing to those.

Caster
All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.

Slides and Shelves
Fixed Slides for 18x26 Trays - Fixed slides accommodate 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays. Unique pan slide racks' front edges are relieved for easy loading, one piece die stamped stainless steel for extra strength, and removable for easy cleaning

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. ETC-1826-15-40-AL, Aluminum Enclosed Transport Cabinets.

CONSTRUCTION. Heavy duty extruded type 6063 aluminum alloy. All uprights and runners are fully welded. Tongue and groove sidewall panels are continuously welded for maximum strength. Top and base are formed with four (4) lips down and welded.

DOORS AND LATCHES. Door shall be constructed of .125" thick aluminum panel and shall have three (3) double knuckle stainless steel hinges mounted by bolts. Hinges provide a 270° door swing. Door shall be held closed with a gravity latch. Menu card clip to be mounted to door.

CASTERS. 5 x 1.5 inch heavy-duty, easy rolling, polyurethane tire casters, full swivel without brakes.

TRAY GUIDES. Tray guides are .625" deep x .090 thick at 1.5" spacings, welded to the uprights

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
