DESCRIPTION

Compact Non-heated DC-200-11 Plate Transport & Storage Cabinet: sliding top and flip down doors on both sides allow plates to effortlessly be loaded and unloaded. You can store and transport up to 200 plates - enclosed cabinet can be moved wherever you need it, when you need it. During transport compact design protects plate storage. Four (4) All-swivel Heavy-duty polyurethane casters are long lasting and used for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded. Low profile design - saves space - conveniently fits under 34 counter and can easily be stored when not in use. Solid, stainless steel construction - includes fully welded base frame designed to withstand abuse and provide years of use!

All Swivel Casters - All swivel casters allow for greater maneuverability. Great for tight turns or severe corners (such as on and off trucks or narrow hallways).
A drawback to the all swivel configuration is that it is harder to control the direction of the equipment when rolled in a straight line.
EZ Roll Heavy Duty Poly Caster - The EZ Roll Casters are standard on FWE cabinets and provide moderate floor protection with a high weight capacity.
EZ roll casters are shock absorbing and roll easier under heavy loads.

Full Bumper - Heavy duty full perimeter bumper extends beyond doors and handles for added protection. The bumper is mounted to the base frame for added durability - the bumper is not used as the base frame. In this way, the bumper absorbs all the shock in transport, protecting the integrity of the construction.

SHORT FORM SPEC

Specified unit shall be FWE Model No. DC-200-11, Heated Banquet Transport & Serve Cabinet.

CONSTRUCTION. Heliarc welded, single unit construction of stainless steel; 20 gauge polished exterior, 22 gauge stainless steel interior with easy-to-clean coved corners. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1" square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10 gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plates at corners.

INSULATION. "Ultra-Guard" UG-26 high density fiberglass insulation throughout; top, back, bottom, sides, and door(s).

DOORS AND LATCHES. One flush mounted, stainless steel insulated flip-down door with two (2) heavy-duty stainless steel hinges on front and rear.

SLIDING TOP. To allow easy top loading and unloading of dishes, with top hand grip lift.

CASTERS. Maintenance free polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of four (4) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke mounted to 10 gauge caster plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.

HEAT CONTROLS. Radiant heat system shall include an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element. Controls shall be sidemounted and shall include temperature sensor and ON / OFF power indicator light, adjustable temperature control to 202°F (94.5°C). Control knob shall be protected by retention strap.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS. 3 wire grounded power cord and plug, sidemounted for safety. See chart above for amperage and receptacle configuration.

INSTALLATION. Unit should not be installed in an area where adverse environmental conditions are present.
